Katie Dinnage is a young emerging photographer. Born and raised in Brighton, they moved to Bristol straight after college to study their BA (Hons) Photography degree at UWE. They found a sense of belonging in this cultural and diverse city; an environment that would help nurture her creativity, and give them the energy and support to seek answers to questions that occupy their mind. It seemed natural to step into the new and exciting Masters course at UWE after graduation, to develop their sense of style further, and grow professionally. They now resides in Berlin, Germany, to expand their work internationally

Katie explores issues of the generations: specifically sexuality and mental health. Aiming to encourage others to embrace their worth and to reduce the stigma revolving around such issues. Their most recent, and most intimate work, attempts to illustrate their own experiences with recovery, using their body and plant matter to detail the complex struggle of growth and healing.
